²³If I were king for a day, I would change the labels “direct” and “indirect” to “raw” and “scaled”, respectively. Alternatively, I would abandon the “direct” option altogether, because even when this option is chosen the OUT_Scale range still exists and may contain “scaled” values even though these are ignored in “direct” mode!
