Everyone is aware of the fact that urination at public places and streets is not good for the society. It leaves a very nasty smell for the by-passers. Perhaps, the only people who do not dislike it are the people who do it themselves. Finally, the authorities of St. Pauli district in Hamburg, Germany had enough of the party-goers who used to pee at the walls. They have decided to paint the walls of the district with superhydrophobic coating. If someone tries to pee on the walls, he will get a little nasty surprise by getting peed back in return. Local authorities are of the opinion that this will be enough punishment not to repeat the mistake again.

The people who commit this mistake are warned in advance by covering the walls with the warning signs. In case someone tries to dodge the system by peeing at the corners, he will again get punished in the same way. Perhaps, this simple punishment would be enough to dissuade people for whom warnings and fines are of no use. So, lets wait with fingers crossed.
