Amazing Animal Sculptures Made From Shards Of Glass (Photo Gallery)

Honestly speaking, we would never have seen such sculptures before in our lives! We present to you the fantastic glass statues of artist Marta Klonowska that are made entirely from shards of glass!

Like the artists of the island of Murano in Venice, the Polish artist Marta Klonowska uses the glass to make her sculptures. However, unlike those artists who carve the glass while it is still hot and Marta uses shards of glass to make her sculptures.

She uses long colored pieces of sharp and pointed glass of several centimeters. With several thousands of these splinters in very bright colors, Marta Klonowska creates statues of animals like lemurs or dogs. An impressive art that is a must see once in the lifetime.
